Dr. Kelli Cargile Cook and Dr. Amy Koerber, both Associate Professors of Technical Communication, have published the article "Evaluating the Effectiveness of a Network of Communication Channels: Lessons Learned from a Communication Survey in Technical Communication Programs" (coauthored with five others, including TCR graduates Dr. Lora Arduser and Dr. Scott Mogull) in the March 2012 issue of Programmatic Perspectives, Vol. 4, Issue 1, pp. 5-41.
