Todd Hawkins Wins Funds for Animal Care

Todd Hawkins, MATC student in Angela Eaton's Fall 2011 ENGL 5383: Grants and Proposals, has won $5,000 from the ASPCA for the Huts for Mutts feral cat trap-and-release program (www.hutsformutts.org).
