Min-Joo Kim Invited to Give Three International Presentations
Dr. Min-Joo Kim, Associate Professor of Linguistics, has been invited to give three one-hour presentations at two international meetings this summer. The first and second presentations will be given at the Workshop on Tense and Aspect of Korean and Japanese, organized by the Language Research Institute and the Department of Linguistics at Seoul National University, June 7-8. The third presentation will be given June 9 at the Annual Meeting of the Korean Society of Language and Information (KSLI).
The hosting institutions (Seoul National University and KSLI) will provide the airfare and the lodging. The invitation to the workshop on Tense and Aspect is especially an honor since the other invited speakers are all internationally renowned scholars on tense/aspect: Osten Dahl (Stockholm University), Eunhee Lee (SUNY Buffalo), and Toshiyuki Ogihara (U of Washington).
