Training in Digital Humanities
Volunteers in the Digital Humanities Laboratory build essential skills in scholarly editing/digital humanities with work like proofreading, transcription using OCR, and TEI coding using <oXygen> XML editor. For those who have developed these skills, we also offer opportunities to work with Special Collections and the University Library; after which, graduate students can use the resources of the Digital Humanities Laboratory to build a digital project in their area of specialization.
